Free delivery for order over HKD850 through either S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post (Local Registered Mail). For order below HKD850: Package will be delivered through S.F. Express with flat rate HKD30.

Free delivery for order over HKD850. Otherwise, a flat rate of HKD60 will be charged. All items are shipped via Hong Kong Post Office or S.F. Express where tracking will be available. However, do note that the tracking ability is limited for postal administrations in certain destination countries that do not provide tracking for registered articles. FASTER SHIPPING/ If you prefer your order shipped via Hong Kong Post Office Express Service or other express services, please leave us a note. We are more than happy to accommodate your request and can make a custom listing for the additional shipping costs. However, the upgraded shipping charge can vary between HKD60-600 depending on the weight, size and your destination countries.

All sales are final. It is important to verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If the item is lost due to a wrong address, we cannot issue any refund. If you do not receive your package, or if there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us and we can work together to reach a solution.

Any customs duties, fees and taxes charged or other customs related admin charges for the shipment are to be borne by the buyer. We declare FULL VALUE on custom form. Please refer to your own country's custom policies for related matters.

Jewelry orders are normally dispatched within 2-5 working days. Felted crafts orders normally dispatched within 5-14 working days as every crafts will be made individually after order confirmed. All orders may be delayed during the holiday season due to volume and capacity. If you need the item by a specific date, please send us a note so we can determine if it can be shipped by that date. I am sorry that we cannot guarantee by when you will receive your order. Shipping times are in accordance to Hong Kong Post schedules.

FELTED CRAFTS/ Felted crafts are very delicate and should not hold them strongly and tightly. If the product become too fuzzy, trim any strays with scissors instead of pulling out. Dry clean only. Washing is not recommended. Felted crafts are not intended for younger children or pets. HANDMADE JEWELLERY/ To preserve longevity of your jewellery, avoid water, humidity, perfume or lotions, and store it separately. It is recommended to remove the jewellery before shower, sleep and exercise.

Felted item is not a toy. Small part may cause choking hazard. As with all products intended for children, parental supervision is recommended.
